"eCooking Schools Knowledge Management Consultancy" Tender Launched!

Uganda is implementing the largest schools eCooking transition pilot in sub-Saharan Africa to date, and we are seeking an organisation to lead the School Knowledge Management workstream.

The schools are a mixture of primary and secondary, public, private, and government aided, and of varying sizes, ranging from hundreds to thousands of pupils. 

A dedicated Learning Framework has been developed to guide evidence generation from this intervention. The framework outlines the priority domains (policy, technical, financial, social, and institutional), phases for data collection (baseline, installation, and first month of use (post-commissioning)), and expected learnings to inform national scale-up of institutional e-cooking in Uganda. This tender seeks a suitably qualified Knowledge Management (KM) Consultant/organisation to support implementation of this framework.
