The MECS webinar ‘Sparking the Cooking Supply Chain (SC2) Challenge Fund’, held on Wednesday 17 August 2022, provided further information about the new MECS Challenge Fund. The event highlighted the research questions, our expectations for successful projects and the timelines associated with submission and commencement of work. The webinar format consisted of a presentation followed by a Q&A session, and was led by Dr. Simon Batchelor (UK Research and Innovation Co-ordinator, MECS) and Dr. Louise Medland (Programme Manager, MECS).
