Provision of Services to Deliver a Behaviour Change Communication Roadshow Series for eCooking in Tanzania

MECS is seeking a suitably qualified organisation (or consortium) to deliver an extended behaviour change campaign to demonstrate the benefits of eCooking to different segments of the Tanzanian market.

Building on the National eCooking Awareness Campaign, Pika Smart, which was delivered as part of the MECS Tanzania eCooking Scale and Support Programme (2024-2026), this Behaviour Change Campaign will work in co-operation with the Tanzanian Ministry of Energy. It must align with the Tanzania National Clean Cooking Communication Strategy, together with its Awareness Raising, Sensitization and Behavioral Change Plan, to deliver an extended on-the-ground campaign.

The successful bidder will have access to a suite of materials, developed during the National eCooking Awareness Campaign, which can be utilized for this new, extended, activity.

The source of funding for this work is overseas aid funding from the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Organisation – Tanzania (FCDO Tanzania Office). Preference will therefore be given to organisations with registered offices in Tanzania.
