Call for nominations for "The Energy Dozen" - women driving India's energy transition

Finovista and Modern Energy Cooking Services (MECS) are proud partners to be jointly working with FSR Global, Delegation of the European Union to India and UN women in the initiative “The Energy Dozen”. The Energy Dozen is a flagship initiative by FSR Global in collaboration with the Delegation of the European Union to India.

A dedicated clean cooking initiative is essential to address the urgent need for sustainable, affordable, and health-friendly cooking solutions, especially for underserved communities, women and children. It helps to highlight the critical links between clean cooking, public health, gender equity, and climate goals. Such projects also foster targeted dialogue, innovation, and collaboration to accelerate India’s clean energy transition.

The clean cooking edition will boost recognition, mentorship, visibility, and sectoral dialogue to build a strong pipeline of women leaders for India’s clean cooking transition. The Energy Dozen is a platform to spotlight 12 trailblazing women redefining leadership in India’s energy landscape. This year the edition comprises 2 game-changing tracks:
