Energy Week Zambia 2022

We are delighted to announce that Energy Week was attended by Centre for Energy, Environment & Engineering Zambia, MECS’ partner, from 3^rd -7^th of October. The PS and Director of Energy visited CEEEZ stand, where the team demonstrated how to cook Nshima in an Electric Pressure Cooker. Nshima is a national dish made from maize flour and water and is a staple food in Zambia. The results of MECS/CEEEZ collaboration showed that, it is not only possible to cook Nshima in an EPC, but it is more cost effective and time saving compared to using other devices and fuels.
