Research Associate, Loughborough University

Jerome is a Research Associate for the MECS Programme. His research interests span modelling and quantitative analysis topics related to energy planning, design, and operation. Besides research, Jerome has significant experience in project management, energy policy, and strategy development from his employment in private sector and government in Rwanda. He holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London, an MSc in Electrical Power Systems Engineering from The University of Manchester, and a BSc from the National University of Rwanda.
