Syprose Ochieng is a Research Associate at Gamos East Africa, supporting the Modern Energy Cooking Services Programme (MECS) initiatives in Kenya. She is mainly assisting the MECS Programme in collaboration with Ministry of Energy and Petroleum (MoEP) in the development of the National Clean Cooking Strategy and Electric Cooking (eCooking) Strategy, as well as the delivery of a market development and capacity building program for Kenya's emerging eCooking sector in collaboration with Kenya Power.
